Electronic Measurement Equipment

Kemmel is the only company in the south East of England with a dedicated service department exclusively for the repair and inspection of Heidenhain and associated products. Contact services@kemmel.co.uk for advice.

The following is a list of both workshop and inspection electronic measurement equipment. Click on an equipment image or title for more information.

Workshop
	DIGITAL READOUT Heidenhain Digital Readout systems supplied, fitted and serviced with on-site training. Full three year warranty on parts and labour. All makes of Digital Readout serviced and repaired.
	ROTARY ENCODERS Heidenhain Rotary Encoders supplied and serviced. All other makes of Rotary Encoders repaired to original specifications. Equivalents to original available.
	LINEAR ENCODERS Supply and service of Linear Encoders up to 30M. All known manufacturers Linear Encoders repaired whether manual or CNC.
	TNC UPGRADES Upgrade the TNC145 or 150 Control on your Bridgeport Interact with the latest TNC310 or 360  or 370 Control.
	TNC PROBING A chance to cut down on setting times with the Heidenhain Probing System. For use with the TNC151 up to the latest controls. Both Setting and Tool probes available.
	TOOL-CHEK A powerful counter for most makes of tool presetters. Can sometimes be fitted to your existing machine without replacement of the scales.

Inspection
	CERTO - HEIDENHAIN Length gauges with sub-micron accuracy and nanometer resolution. Ideally suited for most calibration applications.
	METRO - HEIDENHAIN Length gauges with sub-micron accuracy and better than 1 micron resolution. Suitable for both Inspection and Workshop applications.
	SPECTO - HEIDENHAIN A NON-INDUCTIVE Pencil type Probe which provides a stable measurement over long periods, eliminating re-calibration.
	QUADRA-CHEK A series of single to four axis counters which can be retrofitted to shadowgraph, inspection stage, CMM etc.
	MEASURESCOPES & VIDEOSCOPES - NIKON A range of Measuring Microscopes applicable to the Workshop through to the Laboratory.
	COOLPIX950 DIGITAL CAMERA - NIKON A Digital Camera for use with both Stereoscopes and Measurescopes.
	PROFILE PROJECTORS - NIKON The Nikon 'Shadowgraph' has probably the clearest image currently available for both shadow and reflective applications.
	STEREOSCOPES - NIKON Ergonomically designed scopes for a myriad of applications. Covering most  Industries.
